Blackout Entertainment & Blackout Managment represent local and international artists in the New Zealand market. 

Mike Corless set up New Music Management ltd in 1979 operating as a band management company and booking agents plus setting up a circuit of live music venues for touring bands and musicians. Throughout the eighties NMM toured numerous top Australian and New Zealand bands including, INXS, Cold Chisel, The Angels, Mental As Anything, DDSmash, Dance Exponents, Hello Sailor and Dave McArtney’s Pink Flamingos.

In association with the late great Benny Levin, Corless also promoted some major international acts in NZ such as Elton John, The Beach Boys, Rod Stewart, Queen, Don McLean, Simon & Garfunkel, Lionel Ritchie, etc, he has now amalgamated with Blackout Management to set up a new booking agency representing a broad cross section of NZ live entertainment for venues, festivals, Corporate events and special occasions.

Blackout Management was formed in 1995 by Barry & Nancy Blackler. Key objectives are artist developement with record companies, major tours of  New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Blackout Music Management endeavours to work closely with production companies, travel agents, sponsors, and maintain a good working relationship with Venues.
